Workflow Builders was founded by Craig Immel, a 20+ year veteran of the construction and real estate industries. Craig’s goal is to provide professional project management and development services to help owners, builders and developers complete unique projects that make our world better.

Craig started in construction in his early 20s in the Colorado high country. He began by learning the ropes on residential construction sites in-between commission checks as a rookie land and ranch real estate broker. In later years, he took on many related roles, and earned a graduate degree in the industry – eventually focusing his career on construction management, sustainability consulting, and information technology integrations.
