As a professional Construction Manager (CM), we partner with project owners to provide effective management of project schedule, cost, quality, safety, scope and function. We typically deliver these services as fee-based owner representation and advisory services, as a Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR, aka CM as Constructor, or CM/GC), or through some combination of the two. We may occasionally offer professional CM services in the form of “sweat equity” in select projects as well.

Capital Program Management

If your capital project requires management of simultaneous or continuous design and construction activities spread over multiple buildings and multiple locations, we can serve as an effective owner’s advocate by taking on key management functions from the pre-design phase through post-construction and occupancy. Our work includes tracking and reporting on key performance indicators at the individual project level, and also rolling project reporting into program level dashboards to keep owners and stakeholders updated in near real time.



C-PACE Project Management

Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing programs are being recognized more widely than ever as a unique mechanism for providing property owners access to extremely low cost capital to fund high-performance upgrades to new and existing commercial buildings. C-PACE loans are designed to allow owners to increase energy and water efficiency and reduce operating costs, as well as to add renewable energy systems and disaster resiliency improvements such as storm shelters, disaster-resistant exteriors, and enhanced stormwater management – all with virtually no upfront cost. Design-Build Project Delivery

Project owners seeking expedited delivery, and a more streamlined design and construction experience, are turning to design-build. Construction Manager led design-build project delivery is designed to offer owners an integrated project team working with a collaborative approach, and provides owners with a single point of project accountability. 

With design-build delivery, the Construction Manager takes a lead role in qualification and selection of the project design team, while providing continuous cost estimating, constructability review, value engineering and risk analysis through each stage and iteration of design development and preconstruction. In contrast to the conventional design-bid-build delivery model, there is greatly reduced risk of negative impacts to construction budget and schedule due to higher than expected bids from GCs and subcontractors.
